Next Mode organizes interactive live shows in Warsaw, Poland. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use next-mode.com and our show applications.

2. What we collect

• Ticket orders: your email address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card number.
• Show interaction: when you participate through our web app during an event, we process your in-show actions (votes, contributions) tied to a session, not to your identity.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (anonymized usage data, cookies).

3. What we use it for

• Delivering your tickets and running the events you signed up for.
• Contacting you about your order or event changes.
• Improving our shows and website.

4. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

5. Storage and your rights

Order data is kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes under Polish and EU law (GDPR). You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time - just write to us.

6. Third parties

Payment processing: Stripe. Analytics: Google. Our social media (Instagram, TikTok) are governed by their own policies.
